Refund Policy
Refund Process
Your refund will be initiated once the product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team.
Refund will be applicable under following conditions:
1. For delivered products, we will refund the customer the product amount in full only under the below conditions:
- The product/s must be in unused and unopened condition, with all the original packaging material, carton, accessories, manuals, registration cards, free of cost (FOC)/bundled product/s and promotional vouchers.
- Any manufacturing defects
- Product details not matching the description on our website
2. For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipped
The final refund will be received by you as follows:
- If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund bank account provided by the customer.
- if you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund by credit/debit card or to your wallet.Credit / Debit card refund will take place within 7-14 working days. (Product/s purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded ONLY to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction)
